안녕하세요

Hi, I'm interested in bridging AI and Psychology!

I'm a postdoctoral researcher at the Allen Institute for AI (AI2) working with Yejin Choi in the Mosaic team. I'm interested in taking an interdisciplinary approach: Natural Language Processing (NLP) inspired by human cognition. Currently, my research centers on the social reasoning capabilities of large language models. Before this, I received my PhD in Computer Science from Seoul National University where I was advised by Gunhee Kim, and have interned at AI2 and NAVER. I always consider myself fortunate for majoring in Psychology and Computer Science during my undergrad at Yonsei University.

You can find my CV here.

About Me

I also go by the name of 순록킴 (pronounced kind of like soon log kim). Soon-log means reindeer in Korean. I always love to go taste delicious food. Please let me know if you know some great places to visit! I also enjoy watching Formula One. My favorite driver is Carlos Sainz.

I am also interested in solving social problems. I was involved in 지음 (pronounced ji eum), a social venture focusing on helping vulnerable college students with meals.

In case you are looking for my original blog, where I used to write posts, it's here.
